Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Transactions: Efficiently process invoices, payments, and expense reports across three companies ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Vendor Management: Take charge of all vendor communications; assess and reconcile vendor statements and address any invoice discrepancies swiftly.
• Payment Processing: Spearhead the preparation and execution of weekly payment cycles using various methods including ACH, wires, and checks, while also contributing to month-end close activities.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, providing timely and insightful resolutions.
• Process Optimization: Constantly seek out and implement improvements to streamline accounting functions, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experienced: You bring an Associate's degree coupled with at least 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Deadline-Driven: Your ability to consistently meet deadlines and effectively follow up on pending issues keeps our financial operations on track.
• Analytical Thinker: With your sharp analytical skills, you handle tasks with exceptional accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is crucial; familiarity with SAP or Great Plains is a plus.
• Adaptable Learner: You are open to mastering new skills, adaptable to changes, and excellent at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
